Summary: I know it sounds very cheesy….But it’s my second stay here and it’s hands down my favorite hotel in the world. Staff is very profession and super friendly (rare combo). Everyone is extremely helpful. Vibe of the hotel and the rooms - gorgeous… to say the least. Beautiful, magical property! Cannot recommend enough!!!

Summary: Overpriced for the quality of the service, atmosphere, and decoration. It's certainly not a five-star hotel. The breakfast buffet was poor, the service was long, and we had some issues with the food.

Summary: Hotel was nice, but the rooms are very outdated and the prices are far too expensive for the type of accommodations. Hotel de Crillion was similarly priced and was very good value in comparison to the Mandarin in Paris. I’ve stayed at many Mandarin Orientals around the world but I would avoid this one unless they reduced their prices or underwent a makeover of the rooms.
